Crispy Garlic Fried Hot Wings

2. Place the chicken wings in a separate bowl and pour the butter over them, making sure each piece is coated. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Remove the wings from the buttermilk and stir them in the flour mixture until they are completely coated.
5. Fry the wings in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the skillet until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes per side.
6. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and simmer until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add hot sauce, honey and vinegar and stir to combine.
7. Toss the fried wings in the sauce until well coated
8. Serve it up hot.
