Conchitas with Ground Beef

Instructions:

1. Cook the conchitas according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes (with their juices), tomato sauce, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
