Chicken Breast Stuffed With Hot Bacon

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Lay the chicken breasts flat on a clean surface. Using a sharp knife, make a horizontal cut along the side of each chicken breast, creating a pocket for the stuffing. Be careful not to cut all the way through.

3. Season the inside of each chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper

4. Take 2 slices of bacon and tightly roll them together. Stuff the rolled bacon into the pocket of one chicken breast. Repeat this step for the remaining chicken breasts.

5. In a large oven-safe skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the pan and sear them for about 2 minutes on each side, or until the bacon starts to crisp up.

6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for around 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

7. Remove the chicken breasts from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

8. Serve the Chicken Breast Stuffed With Hot Bacon as a main course with your favorite side dishes such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.

Enjoy your flavorful and juicy Chicken Breast Stuffed With Hot Bacon!
