Ingredients:

¾ cup butter, melted

1 cup flour

1 cup old-fashioned oats

¾ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

11 oz bag baking caramels

½ cup heavy cream

1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation:

Set the Stage: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare an 8×8 baking dish with grease or parchment paper.

Caramel Creation: In a small saucepan, gently melt the caramels and heavy cream over medium heat, stirring continuously until seamlessly smooth. Set aside for later use.

Crafting the Crumble: In a medium bowl, blend together the melted butter, brown sugar, flour, oats, and baking soda until fully combined. Firmly press half of this mixture into the baking dish, forming an even layer.
