Buffalo Cauliflower

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and a pinch of salt. Add the plant-based milk and whisk until smooth.
3. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, shaking off the excess, and place on the prepared baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
4. In a small saucepan over low heat, mix the hot sauce, olive oil, and melted dairy-free butter. Stir until well combined.
5. Once the cauliflower is ready, remove from oven and toss in the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
6. Serve hot with a side of vegan ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
