° 4 pounds of roast chuck beef.

° Water; I used a cup and a third.

° Two medium grains of carrots.

° One large potato.

° 3 tablespoons of Creole spices.

° 1 tablespoon ground black pepper.

° 2 tablespoons of onion powder.

° 1 tablespoon of parsley.

° 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.

° 1 tablespoon of celery chips.
