Baked Blueberry Donuts

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each one about three-quarters full.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.
7. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
