- 4 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 8 to 12 slices bacon not thick cut

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking dish or oven safe skillet with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
