Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Equipment

  • air fryer

Ingredients

  • 30 spears of asparagus about 1 bundle from the store
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 4 to 6 strips of bacon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Air Fryer Instructions

    • Preheat the air fryer to 350 D degrees.
    • Rinse your asparagus well and break off the woody part of each of the asparagus spears.
    • Place asparagus in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper (to taste) and toss to combine.
    • Separate the asparagus spears into 4 to 6 even bundles. Wrap the bottom of each bundle of asparagus with a strip of bacon. You can use a half strip of bacon if you prefer.
