- ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 celery stalks diced
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 green bell pepper de-seeded and diced
- 1 ½ tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 5 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 12 ounces andouille sausage sliced
- 1 pound raw large shrimp peeled, deveined, tail off (~ 16-20 shrimp)
- 2 green onions thinly sliced, optional garnish
