I had this at my friend’s tailgate, and I wasn’t leaving without the recipe. This dish combines the classic comfort foods of meatloaf and mashed potatoes into a stunning presentation using a Bundt pan. The savory meatloaf is packed with flavor, while the creamy mashed potatoes provide a perfect contrast in texture.

Bundt Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

For the Meatloaf:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Mashed Potatoes:

  • 2 lbs (900 g) potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk (or more, to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
