Ingredients:

2. one-half cup of breadcrumbs
3. a single huge egg
4. 14 ounces of milk
5. one small onion
6. cut very finely two cloves of garlic, minced or chopped
7. a single teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
8. One milligramme of salt
9. Black pepper, one-half of a teaspoon
10. Olive oil, two teaspoons’ worth
11. 4 potatoes of medium size, cut very thinly
12. One tablespoon of cornflour
13. one cup of beef broth
14. Tomato paste, one whole tablespoon
15. 1 teaspoon of thyme when dried
16. one-half cup of frozen peas
17. Parsley, fresh and chopped (for use as a garnish)
