Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg

Instructions

Preparation:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Process Cauliflower: Using a food processor, finely mince the cauliflower until it resembles crumbs.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the minced cauliflower with shredded mozzarella cheese and an egg until well combined, forming a paste.

Baking:

  1. Divide and Shape: Divide the cauliflower mixture into two equal portions. Spread each portion into a circle of uniform thickness on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake First Round: Bake the crusts for 7 minutes until they are golden brown.
  3. Flip and Add Toppings: Remove the crusts from the oven, flip them using the parchment paper for support, and add desired toppings.
  4. Bake Again: Return the topped crusts to the oven and bake for an additional 7 minutes until the toppings are cooked and the flavors meld together.
