It’s important to know that it’s never too late to get back on track.

Ditch the fructose: avoid juices, even without added sugar, as well as jams low in sucrose (table sugar) but enriched with fructose, and instead eat fruits that are not too ripe and in limited quantities.
Favor raw fats: butter; corn, sunflower or olive margarine; olive or rapeseed oil; crème fraîche with 15% fat (consume in limited quantities)
Limit alcohol consumption: Replace with a good fresh vegetable juice!
