3 Delicious Salads That Deflate Your Belly

1 lemon Olive oil Salt and pepper
Preparation Cut the vegetables, the tomatoes, the cucumber and the avocado into cubes, the onion into thin strips. Finely chop the parsley. Put everything in a salad bowl.

For the sauce, mix two tablespoons of olive oil with the juice of a lemon, add the parsley, salt and pepper. Serve the fresh salad, bon appetit! 3 –

ASIAN CUCUMBER SALAD
Ingredients

1 cucumber 1 half red onion 1 half red pepper Rice vinegar Honey 1 teaspoon sesame oil Sesame seeds Red pepper flakes Salt Preparation Cut the cucumber into thin rings, the onion into thinly sliced, the bell pepper into small cubes.

Put everything in a salad bowl. For the sauce, mix sesame oil with honey and rice vinegar. Add sesame seeds, chili flakes and don’t forget to salt to taste.

You can serve this salad fresh or leave it in the fridge for up to a day, the cucumber will have had time to marinate in the vinaigrette, enough to imbue it with an infinite number of flavors.
