1. Grate the zucchini and sprinkle with salt; let sit for five minutes. Then, use a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

2. In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, ground turkey, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture into your hand and shape into a round, flat patty. Cook for three minutes, then flip and cook for four more minutes, until golden brown and cooked through
